Brown University Faculty and Undocumented Students Join National Day of Action in Support of DREAM Act

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid will be bringing the DREAM Act up for one last vote in the US Senate as soon as next week. If the DREAM act fails to pass this time, we do not know when it will be brought up again, given the mid-term election changes in both chambers of Congress. Clearly, we cannot afford to continue to put DREAMs on hold, so join us this upcoming week in a nationwide effort to make the DREAM Act a reality as Brown University faculty, undocumented students, allies and supporters push to pass the DREAM Act.

When: Tuesday, November 30, 2010.
Where: Brown University’s Main Green (see map here)
Who: Brown University President Ruth Simmons, Brown University faculty, Brown Immigrant Rights Coalition, allies and supporters and YOU.
